Treasurer and Secretary

Tom brings over 15 years of leadership across finance, technology, and strategy. As CFO at AGM Container Controls, he leads financial operations, long-term planning, and supports adaptive mobility initiatives.

Tom’s path at AGM includes roles as a Manufacturing Engineer, IT Manager, HR Manager, and Controller, showcasing his versatility and eagerness to learn. He holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Divinity, and Business Administration, and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Management.

Outside of his spreadsheets, Tom enjoys camping, playing board games, and cooking with his wife and four children. He also serves as the Board Chair and Treasurer of Veritas Academy of Tucson, reflecting his commitment to the community and his capacity for thoughtful leadership.
