Access for All Starts with All of Us
Accessibility becomes reality with a series of small actions taken by people who care.
Whether you donate, volunteer, or introduce us to someone who shares our mission, your involvement moves us one step closer to a world where everyone can live with dignity, freedom, and connection.
No action is too small—every bit of support helps break down barriers and build a more inclusive community.

Donate Money or Resources
Our flagship event is the El Tour de Tucson. Help an athlete ride with dignity and support.
Your donation helps ensure that every adaptive athlete who wants to participate in El Tour de Tucson can do so—fully supported and fully seen. Contributions go directly toward equipment, rider entry fees, jerseys, accessible parking and porta-pofes, dedicated SAG support, and a VIP staging area designed for easy course access. Every gig removes a barrier.

Volunteer Your Time
Be the Hands That Make Accessibility Possible.
From coaching to escorting riders, providing tech support, or simply helping with food and gear on race day—your time makes a tangible difference. Volunteers are needed before and during El Tour de Tucson to help adaptive athletes prepare, participate, and feel welcomed. No matter your skill, there’s a role for you.

Share Your People
Know someone who can open a door? Introduce us.
Sometimes the biggest impact comes from a simple connection. Whether it’s a friend with access to gear, a business leader, a mechanic, or someone in city services—you might know just the right person who can help us go further, faster. If you have a lead, a contact, or a big idea— we’d love to hear it.
Use your Superpower for good…
You don’t need to be an expert in accessibility or sports to make a real impact—you just need a willingness to help. Whatever your skills, there’s a place for you on Team Access. We need encouragers to support new athletes, bike mechanics and welders to maintain and adapt equipment, and organizers to help plan events that bring people together. Whether you love connecting with people, working behind the scenes, or rolling up your sleeves to solve problems, your unique abilities can help create a more inclusive world—one act of service at a time.
