Amber channels her passion for people, purpose, and possibility into meaningful action. At AGM Container Controls, she serves as Community Development Lead, driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the organization.

A relationship-driven leader, Amber is dedicated to empowering others and creating inclusive opportunities—especially for individuals with adaptive needs—through her work with Team Access. She is a proud Tucson native who believes in building a better world one connection at a time.

Amber and her husband Jon have five children, ages 18 to 8. Outside of work, she enjoys photography, writing, and hiking the Arizona trails with Jon.
